The event
AI, HPC & QUANTUM is the annual event organised by E4 Computer Engineering, bringing together the European and international ecosystem of specialists in the design, delivery and management of supercomputing infrastructure for Artificial Intelligence, HPC supercomputing and Quantum Computing.
After two editions in Milan, this year's event comes to Rome on 8 October, in the prestigious setting of Palazzo Brancaccio.
A unique opportunity for companies, universities and research centres to learn and network with leading industry players, creating genuine connections between academia, industry and research. Admission is free upon registration.

Travel information
By plane
- From Rome Fiumicino (FCO): Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini (approximately 32 min), then a 10-minute walk or two metro or bus stops.
- From Rome Ciampino (CIA): shuttle bus or taxi to Roma Termini (approximately 40 min), then as above.
By train
- Roma Termini station: the Palazzo is approximately 500 m away, a 10-minute walk or two bus stops.
Poster session
The E4 Poster Session returns this year: an opportunity for researchers to present projects and research findings in Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing and Quantum Computing to a qualified audience of research and industry experts.
An independent technical-scientific committee will select 6 projects for the event's poster session. They will be able to display their poster during the event and will be awarded computing hours on E4's Chiron Lab platform, based on NVIDIA Grace-Grace Hopper systems. The project receiving the highest evaluations will also be awarded an NVIDIA DGX SPARK provided by E4.
Luciano Floridi
One of the most authoritative contemporary philosophers of artificial intelligence and digital ethics, Luciano Floridi will close the event with a visionary keynote.
A professor at Yale University and founder of the Digital Ethics Center, he leads the international debate on AI, technological innovation and digital transformation, collaborating with companies, governments and institutions around the world.
He taught at the University of Oxford, contributing to the creation of the Oxford Internet Institute, and teaches at the University of Bologna. Author of hundreds of publications translated worldwide, he is considered one of the foremost scholars of artificial intelligence's impact on contemporary society.
Since 2025, he has been President of Fondazione Leonardo, promoting an approach to technology that combines innovation, responsibility and human rights.
AI is not merely a tool. It is a transformation of our human habitat, of how we perceive time, organise relationships and assign value to action.
